Every box is one experience a client has with us, from the first click to the second trade and the referral. Each box gets an owner, a number that says how well it works today, and a written answer to one question: what does the best version of this look like?
Twenty-one stations in five phases. The clock under each phase is the honest order of magnitude, not the target. The dotted gaps are where the client waits on us or on the partner.
Your list in the brief had 12 boxes. Reading the app code and the funnel analysis turned up these. Each one is either a step nobody owns today or a place where what we intend and what the code does are different.
The point is not the poster. The point is that every box has a name next to it and a number under it.
Each owner writes their name on the card and answers, in one paragraph: what does the client feel here today, and what would the best version feel like? Not features. Feelings and outcomes.
Most cards say "?" for their metric. Pick one number per box that moves when the box gets better, and get it onto the activation dashboard or a weekly sheet. If it can't be measured, say so on the card.
Small and shipped beats big and planned. Review the wall in the weekly review: which boxes moved, which didn't, which one is the bottleneck this month (today: boxes 8 to 10, the submitted applications nobody picks up).
